HINGED DOORS - BUDGET RANGE - SPECIFICATION

DOOR LEAF

Manufactured from 1mm zinc plated sheet steel with 25mm honeycomb cell resin impregnated paper core. Anti-jemmy dog-bolts are fitted on hinge side of leaf. Door leaf thickness is 45mm.

DOOR FRAME

Manufactured from 2mm zinc plated sheet steel with 12mm high stainless steel threshold and 3no. adjustable fixing points each side of the frame. Supplied ready assembled with the door leaf mounted within the door frame.

HINGES

4no. stainless steel butt hinges are screwed to the door and frame.

IRONMONGERY - PERSONNEL DOORS

Stainless steel 19mm lever handles on both sides of the door leaf together with a sash lock and latch complete with euro profile key cylinder on both sides of the door leaf.

IRONMONGERY - FIRE EXIT DOORS

Panic bar complete with two point locking, top and bottom. An external locking knob set can be provided at extra cost.

FINISH

Doors are finished in grey polyester paint suitable to accept either powder coating or site painting.
